Well Hello! Welcome to my first blog post!
I have decided to try my hand at blog writing to share with you information about Me Time Therapy and also a variety of other topics - such as various Mental Health conditions, the benefits of counselling and also the importance of self-care. I will also include ways to help yourself manage various issues as well as tips/tools that can be used - whether your engaging with counselling or not.
